// Thing is if Arthur is supposed to be retiring and handing over the business to Simon that Simon invested fully into, under the understanding that the business will transfer in full and sole ownership to Simon, then there should be some kind of an official agreement/contract/arrangement to that fact, and not simply a verbal agreement!!
