Antonio won the lightweight championship. In the text, paragraph 92 says that the winner would be chosen based of that round. Also in paragraph 91, its says "The referee signaled the ring doctor to check the fighters out.He did so gave his okay." Based on that they were both okay so the fighting caused in the last round would decide the winner. Then trough out paragraphs 93-97, Tony threw the first punch, forced Feli

Felix against the ropes, then both of them were hitting but neither of them fell to the ground. Even after the bell had been sounded, they were still both fighting. So in the end I belive that Antonio won because he had the advantage of the first hit.
