It's nice to see John Ross as his old self again. :)

Oh, Bennett... looks like the feeders got you after all. Mr. Terry Brooks, that was extremely well done. Bravo.

People in this trilogy disappear dramatically a lot.
Oh, and although the demon antagonist in this book is really awesome (I mean, he's dressed as a preacher, for crying out loud!), his name might be a little more...er, intimidating.
Findo Gask? Really?

I love me a good ol' urban fantasy. Awesome, creepy things can happen , and normal people can get dragged into a dangerous world kicking and screaming.

Oh, that was probably hard for you, John. I think you made the right choice, though.

We're coming full circle. Back in Hopewell, old friends reuniting, and demons on the loose.

Okay, so the Gypsy Morph is the boy Hawk from Armageddon's Children, right? Right? It has to be... Oh well, I guess I'll have to RAFO...

I love the juxtaposition of real world situations and magical ones in the Word and the Void series. There can be crazy strange things happening in the world, but life for all the normal people continues to go on like it always has. They have no idea they're surrounded by demons and other foul things that have come to destroy humanity.

Whoa. 10 year jump. We're back in Hopewell, and everything is changed... the paths of Nest Freemark and John Ross are about to cross once again... And there's a creepy demon posing as a preacher, with his demon minions. Sweet...
