I liked it, though I don't intend to read the whole collection right now. It can be argued that Anne is not a normal child... But I think the author's intention is to show how imagination and optimism can save you - as well as that, if you have the luck of having people who love you or good circumstances, take the most of it. Be grateful for being alive.
