This chapter talked about how wounds that we don’t deal with can seep! This can cause us to drift! We have to ask God to peel away the layers and heal the deep wounds in our life!

I am enjoying it so far. It is very relevant to how people are feeling today.
The part about lamenting to God - not because we need to know why but because we need God to fill in the spot between what I believe and how I feel is so true. It’s how we get to the other side of our thoughts and feelings and move to the “even-if” faith.
