This book is phenomenal. I know it's ultimately about raising children to be healthy and mobile, but I think adults (especially adults that don't do a lot of physical activity) could read and apply to their own lives.

It sounds patronizing - applying this book about raising children to your own life - but it's not meant to be, and the book definitely won't make you feel that way.
