Not the usual history book. Actually it is trying to put forth a history which has not been the ‘norm’ till now or unusual. The title ‘debhrahmanising history’ is a bit misleading at times but so apt, for the writer has hurled so much contempt towards brahman/brahmins/brahmanic thoughts.
It has made me feel a lot more uncomfortable. But this is turning out to be a really interesting read.
