Yup, loved this just as much the second time around.

I love the unusual aspects of this story. So well done.

When both Mason and John let their emotions show, with each other, it leads to magic.

I thought maybe I'd skim in some places since this is a re-read. Nope, I'm sucked in, enjoying it for the same reasons I did the first time around.

This is funny, I lived in Schenectady lol. Wow, mems. So many good reasons to love this book. If I haven't 'declared' this before, KAM is a fave and this is now a fave book.

Here's the diff: frustration comes from illogical, uncharacteristic, false non-comm between characters. When it's realistic and fits them, when it works with what the reader knows so far, the frustration is theirs, not ours as a reader reacting to BS. This story is option 2: wootness.
