either the random numbers shoved into the middle of words are a gimmick, or they're just printing errors. So far I'm not super impressed by the writing but it serves its purpose and I like to see neopronouns! I guess it's hard to introduce four characters and an entire world at the drop of a hat, and I'll keep going

I'm so close to DNFing but I dont know if it's my mood or that it really isn't my type of story... I feel bad for not connecting to the characters, but they are tied to the intrigue I can't keep track of because I don't understand the world which causes a chain reaction of disinterest, a lot happens yet nothing sticks with me

It's much easier to read with every character on board together, and it is well-written, but I still don't vibe with it plot-wise
