I have finished all seven of the series and have re-read the first three in preparation for a visit to Scotland. Having Scottish heritage, I found the history fascinating, and found out that my family castle is very near Inverness and the Fraser Clan's lands. Interesting....I loved the looks, although the last few seem to be over-reaching to carry on the series. Probably could have ended it sooner. But, despite that, I will read whatever Diana Gabaldon writes about Claire and Jamie.
