In my book, the POV is first person because the main character is always using the words, I and we. For example when he is in the concentration camp, he says, "Whenever I have to work, I have to sit on overturned wooden box so I can reach the controls. (he works in a bomb making factory in a concentration camp).

In the book, "The Boy on The Wooden Box", the non-Jewish kids called Leib "Christ killer" and pelted him with rocks and bullied other jewish kids like him. (This was during the Hollacaust in Nazi Germany)

What I am curious about in the book, The Boy On The Wooden Box is where in Africa is their village that is called Krakow? In the book they tell us the name of the village and that it is in Africa but never exactly where in Africa. I am also curious about why their names are so weird, like the name Tsalig and Pesza.

The type of characterization in the boy on the wooden box is direct. And one of the character's traits is creativity. In the book it says, "My older brother Tsalig helped me create ice skates from all kinds of unlikely materials, Metal remnants retrieved from my grandfather the blacksmith and bits of wood from the firewood pile.".
