deiblo is not sure if he can use magic in that world.
diablo uses explotion magicand can tell if that was strong or weak magic in that word so he uses freezing magic and the elf says that was amazing letting him know that he was indeed pretty powerfull.

the elf and the pharean are fighting about who summoned diablo. diablo comands them both to stop fighting and make up thats when the inslavment collers appear. i think that happend because they messed up the spell
