So far this has been painful to read and I am not sure why I keep reading. It's like none of them have ever heard of how communication works and don't even consider thinking things through. Gah. It reminds me of one of those trashy horror movies in which the characters decide to split up immediately, only here I'm missing the self-aware 'yeah, we're doing it for the laughs/genre convention' vibes... 🙃
