I'm glad I made it through the first book (which seemed a little too farcical at first), because now I'm into the fourth and final book of the Berrybender Narratives, and I simply don't want the series to end. Here's a nice line I just encountered: "There is no reasoning with grief. It wears away slowly, like the face on a coin."
