Why does this book feel so YA to me?! I will give this a little more but overall I am finding the dialogue cringy and I'm tempted to walk away.

I received this book as a gift recently. So tired of winter, I didn’t want to read a book about snowboarding or skiing right now. Your comment really seals it.
