The book has exposed a substance that builds around your nerves called Myelin. Myelin would be the same thing as muscle memory. People acquire this Myelin by doing the same thing over and over again, such as shooting a basketball with the right form all the time, building muscle memory, thus allowing you to make your shots more efficiently. Very interesting.

This book, is very interesting.It explains how people acquire their talents- huge talents. This book takes you to places called "talent hotbeds", where the best people of a certain something come from. Very good book so far.
