I feel like I'm reading about someone with multiple personalities. This heroine is one confusing unstable mess. You literally announced your affair to the whole world to save him and said you wanted to ruin yourself because you love him. Now you are blaming him?! GIRL WHAT?

"Dare I guess, it's the back door for me again?" she asked bitterly.
"Unless you prefer we walk down the front stairs together."
She blasted him a glare. "I do not believe we shall do that."

Ok seriously. What's with this? This whole trip was for her and she doesn't want to be caught in public with him or else she will be ruined. He's doing exactly what she wants. I'm confused by this attitude.
