I am into the last half of the book where there is more analysis and less minding-numbing statistics of troop deployments and KIA counts. The author occasionally will throw in a bomb of an opinion but rarely supports them. One is the hackneyed opinion that any politician that wants troops drawn down is costing military lives. I would like to have that statement supported.
