I can't believe that everyone said that Ripred died, but at the arena he showed up to speak for the rats. Gregor is also leaving the Underland. I wish that he were able to show Luxa what NYC looks like. I can't wait to finish this book!

Gregor has killed the Bane. He stabbed the Bane in the chest with his sword. But Ares was killed by the Bane! Ares was one of my favorite characters! He was so kind to Gregor and everyone. The chapter ended with Gregor seeing the darkness. (Anthony was right, this is getting intense!)

Gregor, Nerissa, Temp, Boots, and Hazard were waiting for the palace to be clear of rats. They were in a room locked for days! It was good for Gregor because he needed to rest to fight the Bane.

This book is becoming boring. It is just Gregor talking to Luxa and how he likes her. I want to get to the fighting part, not the love parts! Anyway, Gregor is about to fight in the battle with Ripred against the rats. Hopefully it will get better.

Lizzie has now made her way into the Underland because she had bad news to tell Gregor. She told him that his Grandma is in the hospital and her dad is very sick. It is very bad the Gregor's father is by himself at home with a dangerous disease will not end well.

Gregor had been thrown into a pit by his guards, Marcus and Horatio because he snuck out of Regalia. I think that Solovet is going very hard on Gregor because she made his own guards put him in a pit and nearly starve him! Gregor should leave the Underland after this quest because it has been so very close to killing him too many times.

Gregor had gotten his new guards, Horatio and Marcus to keep Gregor inside Regalia and to keep him from going on anymore crazy adventures. They did not do a good job of keeping Gregor in Regalia because he escaped with Ares to go to the Firelands. I don't get why Gregor doesn't listen to the authority because they have told him many times to STAY in Regalia, but he escapes every time and nearly dies!
