Again, a whole chapter convincing that we are all on sales now. Ok, I believe that, now what?

If I ever picked up and read this book, probably it's because I believe in the simple premise that part of our work is selling, not only with our products, but also with our ideas, our side of the story, our part. But the author just waste one chapter trying to prove that point.
