LOL. I keep thinking that surely, the monsters must have attacked or at least surrounded them . . . so how did those tracks get there! I'm distracting myself from what is a pretty awesome story by wanting those answers.

Maybe the monsters were added after the rails were build.

I liked the snake woman. That was neat.

I've read it already but looking forward to a re-read, reminds me a little of The Cabin in the Woods.
