Jacynta Ooooh goodie! Lucid dreaming is so immensely fun, I hope it's something you can reign in on! Tricky but absolutely worth the thrill and inner feelings/physical sensations 🤍

Danah Slade It definitely is, I lucid dream quite regularly but run out of things to do. I’m hoping this book might give me some more ideas other than just flying around and manipulating my environment 😂 the astral projection part of this book is what I’m focusing on more at the moment. I’m always able to get to the vibrational state right before leaving my body - where it feels like you are being zapped with intense energy and can see auras but struggle to get past that stage. Have you ever astral projected?

Ps, not sure if you are even going to be notified about this response and I can’t tag you

Jacynta Thanks for your message Danah!
Please let me know how you go with it? Sounds absolutely intriguing! You remind me of myself there. I spend majority of my lucid dreams flying - simply by saying "fly, fly, fly" over and over in my mind. I struggle to manipulate nightmares though! How about yourself?
The most I can manage is adding objects that might help. For example, last year I was having a dream of being chased by this large monster with blooded teeth. As I was running down the hallway I yelled "BIN!" over and over - and a rubbish bin appeared so I could hide in it 😅
Unfortunately astral projection is foreign to me, but I'd love to learn more about and how to apply it. That physical sensation sounds delicious; how long does it last? Does it feel floaty?
