I'm confused at the part where it explains that a fire started at Miss Maudie's house. Could it be because of the snow coming out of nowhere and the temperature dropped that night? Or a cooking went wrong?

I am kind of confused on when the author said Aunt Alexandra was staying at Atticus' home and said Scout needed a woman figure in the home. Isn't Calpurnia a woman and she's always around Scout and Jem?

I don't like the part whenever Mrs. Dubose pick on Jem and Scout when they don't even talk to her. Even though she's sick and all, but she should really keep her comments to herself because those kids get enough verbal abuse at school and in the family; they don't need this.
