Apparently the woman from Brian's dream is also in his reality in the hospital. She knows him but he doesn't know her...

Brian woke up naked surrounded by men and women in what seemed to be some sort of warehouse. Some sort of attack happened and he ran away from it with a girl as his guide. Before you know what happens next Brian wakes up back in the hotel room... interesting, very interesting. I wonder where this is going?

Brian has just witnessed his guardian's murder. When he goes to stay at a hotel for a night or two he finds a bottle of pills waiting for him. Despite the possible consequences Brian takes a pill and wakes up somewhere that isn't the hotel...
