Canadians beware that this book says its for USA & Canada. While this may not matter for exercises - but it does when it comes to resources available even terminology. So we gave to keep track of usa words as you go along.
It will be interesting to see how it deals with medicines, treatments, costs and availability etc. so far its a 1 star
