I’m already find helpful infortmation about loosening/relaxing and tightening when trying to achieve a state of thoughtfulness. And support/non-support. Already feeling like a 4 (no more, no less) star book. Because it could, in theory explicate more lucidly and elaborately with examples, etc in an ideal world. But there are good things to be gleaned so far
