Still enjoying it, still wanting to finish the tale...though I did catch myself skipping ahead last night to look for more maps--something I rarely do. I suppose there's gobs of symbolism in all the pharaonic history lessons, but, as usual, I'm not getting that layer. Dense, intriguing, currently a tad slow, but always wondering what's coming for the characters!
