This author was recommended by a friend who rarely steers me wrong. I know I'm only 18 pages in... but so far I'm a bit bored with the over descriptions of these characters i do not need a whole page telling me about his his jaw structure and flouncy sleeves) and the dialog is not-quite-believable. But, I'll keep going. He's a prolific author and my friend has many more to loan me if I dig them.
