They're not together, but I still don't like that he was with another woman. I've only got another hundred pages left. How is the author going to save this story?

It's harsh when you get what you asked for in the beginning.

It's kind of harsh to say your son is like his jackass father just because he started acting out. He's not his daddy just because he likes some female companionship. Don't lay your issues on him.

Because the good guy route didn't work you're going to emulate your father now? Take off his ring, you're acting like a child!

Oh please! A day ago you were convinced you loved Edward and now I'm supposed to believe you now love Kesseley?

Oh poor Kesseley! It's almost painful to read.

And mama Kesseley swoops in for the win with the masterful verbal bitch slap!

Wah? Mr. Radishes was with another woman? Please elaborate, if you don't mind.

***SPOILER******SPOILER***
Well, Henrietta hurt him for the last time. He told her he was over her. He started avoiding home and hanging out at his club. He got into an argument with a guy his mom was involved with at a Courtesan Ball and then they went somewhere to fight. Kesseley beat him up and then also beat up his friend, a prizefighter (I have a hard time believing that part). So a few of the courtesans were impressed with him and wanted to "comfort" him. The scene cut off after we saw the courtesans be impressed after they took off his pants. There are more instances later of him being seen with multiple women. The implication is there.
I know they're not together, and I know she has been horrible, but I don't see how this author is going to convince me of their HEA. They haven't even started a real relationship yet!

What the french? I'm sorry, but to me that it outright cheating. Getting with someone before meeting the heroine is one thing, but having a bunch of prostitutes gang bang you while you know you still have feelings for the heroine? Hells no.
She totally shot him down again and again. Man, she was harsh in that offhand bitchy way. She crushed his world. I can see why he went a little crazy. Then she expects a blurted out "I love you" to fix a lifetime of hurting him...
