or maybe not; the footnote says she’s related to Flash Thompson, not meant to be a real person.. hrm.

otoh imdb confirms Lea Thompson played Bev Switzler , yes.
I heard they did that, only Howard the Duck could get away with that, well maybe Deadpool too
No 4th-wall-breaking on Howard's part here, though. (In one issue someone even tells Howard he's a story character, but he won't thole... he's not having it. :D )
