Anyone that has worked in multicultural groups will read this smiling and nodding. It has already been useful because it made me rethink some slides I need to present to someone who is more application-oriented than I am. Always learning! So far I'm enjoying this book a lot. I guess it's because it proves things you're already aware of but didn't know how to explain it.
