okay des’ dad’s back. the thief of souls WAS possessing the green man. I WAS RIGHT. i feel bad for mara, but she had it coming. CALLIE DIED. DES BROUGHT HER BACK BY GIVING HER THE LILAC WINE. the ending hinted that she ain’t happy ahout that. but i mean did she expect des to let her die?! also her wings, claws and scales are gone :( i’m hoping they aren’t like permanently gone. and THIS WAS A GREAT BOOK.

okay so they’re at solstice. mara is a fucked up bitch. the green man gives me the fucking creeps. like thief of souls creep. the king of day scares me too. des beat thé shit out of him. MWAHHA. okay so DES IS TAKING HER ON A TOUR OF THE ISLANDS and the first one they went to was phyllia and it’s the land of dreams and shows her around and it’s SO CUTE. then the next day they TRAIN. then they go to barbos the city of thieves and AHAHAH she starts walking and groans that she thinks he broke her ass during training. AND HE SAYS “cherub, you’ll be making different moans when i break your ass.” SIR AAA

okay so this fauna fae came and and des FED HIM TO THE BOG bc he threatened to harm his subjects. callie feels like there’s so much she doesn’t know about des. so she goes to the royal library and reads up about him and sees that he was born into a ROYAL HAREM. AND THEN HE COMES AND SHE ASKED HIM IF HE HAS A ROYAL HAREM AND IF HE DOES SHE’LL LEAVE HIM. but he doesn’t thank god. and now they’re gonna fly AAA

okay i only JUST started but THERE IS A TRAINING SCENE BC NOW ITS A REPAYMENT AND IM SKSJSKD SO EXCITED FOR MORE SCENES. also i only just met malaki but i KNOW i’m going to LOVE him. I MEAN. mans is BUILT. HAS DEEP OLIVE SKIN. AN EYE PATCH. AND HE’S THE LORD OF DREAMS?!!! SAY LESS.
