This is the second or third time it's been mentioned in the book that Jude's brother Joseph 'always' forgets her birthday. When in the first book he does forget it & is so mad at himself because he's never forgotten it before. I liked Joseph & I'm still not liking Jude so she just sounds whiny to me.

Caleb is making all the concessions, confessions (of feelings), & apologizing to prove he's worthy if her. Is Jude going to do anything, other then whine & pout about how everyone hurts her? Cause as far as I can see she's done squat to prove she's worthy of, well, anything.

I hate when I love a first book in a series, am all excited to read the next one & it doesn't live up. So far that's how I'm feeling about this book. The humor that was in With the CEO isn't there and I'm not really liking either of he leads. Hoping it gets better. *fingers crossed*
