that tiny biography of baudelaire at the beginning of this edition was only 3 pages long, but it left me feeling SO curious that i am currently looking for good complete baudelaire biographies rn. also, i am so WEAK for french poetry! i'm like... VERY emotional right now. beautifully written french is... wow.
