So do you also imagine Kaz and gang to be in their late 20s or early 30s, or is it just me? There is no way 16-17 years old would ever talk like that.

Shine Mathew, I too had similar thoughts. I felt like this was not a YA book. Wonder why it was marketed that way.
Guess I wasn't alone on this, lol. In my head I just added 10 years to everyone's age.
