It feels like an advertisement for his counseling series. It's full of testimonies from people who have gone through the study/ series. After chapter 6 I'm left wondering if he's assuming christians cannot be christians if they're experiencing discontent. Certainly I agree that a well grounded christian would generally be content, but that being human would allow for moments of discontent without losing our faith.

I don’t know yet. I’m not sure I can get on board with his assumption that ALL mental health issues are a direct result of a lack of belief on the sufferers part.
I do think that like cancer and diabetes, mental health is a result of our broken and sinful world. Just not sure how you can make such a broad blanket statement.
