I thought the book was mediocre, very dull characters and sparsely written especially compared to Hunger Games. but I have to admit this poster is verrry persuasive in making me want to watch the movie lol x) very good choice for the lead guy.

Nice teaser poster! I agree that the blurb sounded similar in concept to Hunger Games but now that I want to see the movie, I think I'll read the book first.
I never even knew what the guy, Four, even looked like in the book. There were like no descriptions of what he or the main heroine looked like. :\ I remember that bothered me a lot in the book because I just couldn't visualize him at all >_> Gahh. I never bothered to buy the sequel either, it looked way too looong and I wasn't invested enough in the characters or story. I'll wait and see if you end up liking it x)
Have you read the Hunger Games or watched the movie too? I'm excited for the sequel coming out in November! :D Though I still hate the guy who plays Peeta. But not as much as I dislike the guy they chose to play Gale. @_@
Me too Cory- pretty high rating for this book. And for movies like this, I find it's best to have read the book beforehand.
Lol Aimee- I haven't seen the movie yet but Gale's actor (Liam Hemsworth) is a good-looking guy although he looks nothing like the description of his character in the book.
Agreed, that was my big problem with him, how he was basically the exact opposite of how I pictured Gale. I'm hoping the second movie, catching fire, might help me change my mind about him since he will have a bigger role. You should give the movie a try sometime, though, jennifer lawrence really is a great actress :)
