I like Strube’s unusual style: she tries, in each moment, each scene, to capture being in the protagonist’s head, including all the leaping thoughts and interconnected confusion of all the concurrent things going on in their life. The problem with Lemon that Misconduct solves, is hope and balance. Lemon was unbelievably depressing and frustrating.
