Amazing! Good for her for not ‘virtuously’ pining away for her neglectful, dismissive, mistress-having husband, but grabbing her own life and taking action—the rare married historical romance heroine who takes a lover! And she didn’t apologize. The husband sure needed too—and he did. Fab tension, believable development.

Finally! A historical romance where there heroine also has a lover. Damn I hate it when the hero is off happily with his mistress while the wife remains in sensual limbo.
