Melinda turns to art.She meets a boy David petrakis that she has a crush on but too afraid to admit it. We find out that she was raped by a guy in middle school. Her ex best friend is in love with that guy. Once in detention she tries to tell her of what he did,but Melinda was accused of being jealous. Her tries to corner her in a closet but everybody sees and she is finally understood,and she can finally move on.
