The stories are a mixture of everything. Few stories are beautiful children stories. Then come some very serious stories. Topaz, which is considered the best story of the book, is very serious story. It has depth, philosophy and very good narration. Just it has some hitches in between.

Just finished the first story 'Parvaz'. I did not understand why was it named that, but the story was very beautiful childhood tale. The boys believe in magic. Their quest against the maths teacher to beat him with magic is very beautiful portrayal.
