I feel like other people MUST find Paul and Jessica's relationship weird. He's fifteen! I don't care if he's the Muad'Dib, he's ordering his mother about like she's nobody. Something tells me this is just the author uncomfortable with women being in positions of power. Wow, I'm really accusing Frank Herbert. I'm sorry, Mr Herbert, but I get bad vibes.
