I read this book and will reread it to complete the supplemental workbook. So far, as with Unfuck Yourself, Gary John Bishop is right on the money with his suggestions about the kinds of thoughts that bind us and hold us back from our potential connection to this life. I’m really excited for the interactive part of this title.
