This is a dumb thing to be bothered by but the main character keeps describing football as “eleven players each team” and it has me questioning if the author has ever watched a football game? Very strange phrasing, because there are... 11 players on defense 11 players on offense. Saying “each team” makes it seem like the entire team is 11 people. In total. Is this a dumb thing to obsess over? Yes. But still.
