Rama's triumph only after he has had Ravana cremated by Viabhishana and conducted Viabhishana's coronation. Rama then asks Hanuman to take Viabhishana's perissions to fetch Sita, since obviously, in Rama's view, she has now become Viabhishana's property, having previoussly been Ravana's.
