I am enjoying reading. It is the history of, the European, Native American, and Afro American influences to the culinary diet we have today on the Grand Strand. It is very engrossing. If you love history, and food than this book you will enjoy reading. So far, I am enjoying it. Spans from the early Americans to present day history of the Grand Strand.
