I can't work out what is happening in this book at all

33% of the way in and the book is suddenly in present tense

Every racist stereotype of Black people was shoved in this chapter and even worse we're stuck in the head of a racist asshole that wants to kill Black people for revenge 🙄

Gratuitous use of the N word from a writer that uses multiple sock puppet accounts to promote his book on twitter and likes tweets about how oppressed white people are. #JustSaying
