I just finished Managed Care. And it was one of the best books I've read in a long time! I could only imagine how the author got so caught up in his characters that they must have each developed over a period of time...at least that's how I believe is the only way I could have come up with such off-the-wall characters as Sally, Elroy and Frank. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each of them.
