I dislike all of Anne's immediate family and don't trust the cousin. I agree with Anne that he seems too good to be true. She deserves someone better. I'm pleased for Lousia though.

I gather the other sister isn't much better. I wish it had of been Mary who fell and that Anne had stuck with her own heart for the Captin!

Poor Anne! She was beginning to do my head in a bit with her melancholy, but it's starting to make sense. I would be a bit down if I had a sister a jealous as Mary! Everything has to revolve around her and in a moment when Anne's life may be looking up, Mary is doing her best to be spiteful and dampen her spirits.
