Hi! I'm on page 120...and I'm so loving it. I guess, cause I'm myself a writer and it's been always my dream to live in Paris and write. I cannot make the whole critics on the book as I’m not finished yet, only to say that I think the whole point of this kind of literature is that u can forget about your cares and just enjoy the moment. The writer has a great style (as you noticed urself), it's smart, witty and very low-key, so to speak...actually I like it for its no "depth" attitude...it's Paris, it's joie de vivre', it's taking life as it is and if it goes wrong all you need is a kir andtry to make the best of what you've got...which is feeling alive no matter what. And that's what Paris is able of making you feel.

P.S. Yes, she doesn’t discover the world for you, that’s quite clear and sometimes her reflections verging on a primitiveness of thinking...yet, I start my day with this book and it sets my mood on positive vibe and that counts for a lot ;)
